"I considered changing to a different auto insurance and renter insurance company so I don’t have to deal with this office. Anytime I call up there to ask a question they always say that they will get back to me and they never do. I’ve only been with her office since August and my payments have fluctuated since. I talk with them in person it’s the same outcome. I’ve never had a bad experience with State Farm until being assigned to this office. Working with this office, literally has made my experience with State Farm horrible. To the point where I call customer service for help because I get the answer quickly and I don’t have to wait weeks for an answer to my question. Because of my experience with this office, I’ve considered other insurance companies. However, the customer service agent told me to give it one more try and try a different agent/office.I decided to change agents, and hopefully this gives me a better experience with State Farm. If not, I would just explore other options. I truly hope Jennifer and her team get’s better customer service training."

"I recently switched over from Progressive and spoke with David on the phone while I made the changes. David really went out of his way to help me get the exact coverage I wanted and to really explain in detail what the coverages meant. He left me feeling really knowledgeable about my policy and what I was getting. In all my years with any insurance company, I have never experienced this level of customer service. Since then, I have gotten calls to make sure I was happy with my service and them offering for me to come in to go over my policy to make sure it meets my needs. I love State Farm already."

By a blessing I was able to get in touch with an agent named Paula from this location and she was the best person I could have gotten. Professional, kind and caring. "If I could give 0 stars I would. By far the worst agent I’ve ever had. Called multiple times. Left multiple urgent messages. Has never once called me to speak with me. Every time you call her number you are sent to a receptionist desk to leave a message and no one ever calls you back. Had to call customer service headquarters to solve my problem. Also a heads up, state farm charges ridiculous rates. I was paying $148.60 a month for 6 months!!!! That’s $891.60 for 6 months!!! I got a policy with progressive for $50.84 a month!!!! That’s $305 for 6 months with the same exact coverage!! She should be ashamed of herself."
