"I recently switched over from Progressive and spoke with David on the phone while I made the changes. David really went out of his way to help me get the exact coverage I wanted and to really explain in detail what the coverages meant. He left me feeling really knowledgeable about my policy and what I was getting. In all my years with any insurance company, I have never experienced this level of customer service. Since then, I have gotten calls to make sure I was happy with my service and them offering for me to come in to go over my policy to make sure it meets my needs. I love State Farm already."

"Just moved to Fort Walton Beach from Myrtle Beach and I was in quick need of a good insurance company to switch to for registration in Florida. By a blessing I was able to get in touch with an agent named Paula from this location and she was the best person I could have gotten. Professional, kind and caring. She and State Farm took care of me when I needed it. Very happy with the service!"

"The office is small, dark, unwelcoming and in serious need of some updating. The 6 ft teddy bear gives horror movie vibes. I met with Schweikert and her sidekick Misty..or Foggy (forgot her name) for an interview but knew within 2 mins that I was glad I'd already received an offer elsewhere. She kept saying how "busy" they were yet the phone never rang once and oddly, her "assistant" had to move my appointment time because Schweikert had played tennis all morning. She definitely wants the image of a busy professional but it's obvious her office kids do all the work..what little there is to actually do there. No actual info about the company, just self promotion. 10/10 don't recommend for employment or as a customer."
"Hi Kari, This review caught me off guard as typically the reviews on my page are tied to customer experience and not interview experience. As a small business owner, I want to make sure I address the concerns you have notated in the review. First, the office may seem small and outdated and there are a few reasons for that. First, I prefer to invest in my people and take care of them year over year. I love to award my team with pay increases rather than a more aesthetically pleasing office. The reward for a job well done isn’t always a pretty office but more in the form of a raise. We will continue to update the office little by little over the coming years. I will invite you in once completed to see if you approve. In reference to the 6ft teddy bear, there is no other way to describe it, it’s 2.5 feet. This is where my kids and my customers kids have sat down and snuggled, they have read books and ate lunch. This is nostalgic to not only me as a mother but to my customers as we have sat with their kids and the teddy bear while we helped them file a claim, pay a bill, and ask questions. Isn’t this the essence of what we as State Farm agents do, help our customers? I could understand how the dots could not have connected for you as you mentioned there was no mention of what the actual company does. This indicated to me that you were not prepared for the interview. I did appreciate the play on names on Misty or Foggy, Rainy my Office Manager, not assistant sits in all interviews as she leads the charge on employee training, engagement and performance. As a courtesy to anyone I interview I turn my phone on “do not disturb” to ensure that I am in fact not disturbed. I’m sorry this lead you to believe we were not busy but rather trying to be engaged. As a tenured 10-year agent, I have had the luxury of having the ability to train and develop licensed professionals to expand their careers inside my outdated building or with in the State Farm organization. You should really talk to my old team member who is opening her own agency if this is a great place to work. I say this not for self-promotion but rather help you understand that I have earned everything I have worked for including playing tennis on Thursday mornings. I have earned the right to be proud of my accomplishments as this has been built over 10 years with laughter, tears and grit. In this day in age, it’s easier to write a nasty review and try to tear another woman down then it is to have self-awareness and self-reflection. Rather than write a review that has no true information on the type of person, agent or leader I am, maybe your time is better spent reflecting on were you a hirable candidate? "

"If I could give 0 stars I would. By far the worst agent I’ve ever had. Called multiple times. Left multiple urgent messages. Has never once called me to speak with me. Every time you call her number you are sent to a receptionist desk to leave a message and no one ever calls you back. Had to call customer service headquarters to solve my problem. Also a heads up, state farm charges ridiculous rates. I was paying $148.60 a month for 6 months!!!! That’s $891.60 for 6 months!!! I got a policy with progressive for $50.84 a month!!!! That’s $305 for 6 months with the same exact coverage!! She should be ashamed of herself."
